Today she leads Zolentum Consulting Partners AG in Wollerau, Switzerland.Her professional interest focuses on the holistic approach during organizational and individual change with the aim to obtain healthy and sustainable outcomes while considering business and personal systemic requirements. She holds a Master of Clinical & Applied Psychology, Economics and a Diploma as Career Advisor (University of Fribourg, Switzerland), a Bachelor Degree in Nuclear Medicine (Johan-Wolfgang Goethe University, Germany) and an Executive Master in Coaching & Change Management (Insead, France) and is an AC accredited Coach. She speaks German and English.
