He is certified by New Ventures West as an Integral Coach and holds a PhD in organization development from Benedictine University where his dissertation research focused on the contribution of executive coaching to organizational change and senior leadership development. He is a graduate, with distinction, of the INSEAD Executive Master of Coaching and Consulting for Change (EMCCC) program specializing in clinical organizational psychology.
