John Young is an executive and team coach. He helps leaders and organisations transition into the effective use of Agile and Lean Startup practices.
John is the director of RedElephant Technology, a niche London consultancy. RedElephant’s clients are primarily in private equity, venture capital, specialty insurance and banking. He is currently facilitating an Agile transition at Deutsche Bank. He is a mentor at Mass Challenge London, a seed-level startup accelerator.
John’s interest in building high performance teams led him to pursue a masters at INSEAD’s Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC). His thesis, on applying the principles of the EMCCC programme to startups, was awarded distinction.
John is developing a startup accelerator based on the EMCCC programme for seed, late-stage seed and series A startups.
John leads workshops on the strategy realisation process, leadership and organisational change. John is a published author in INSEAD Knowledge and a peer reviewed international engineering journal.
