Louis Vareille is a Paris based double certified Executive Coach (ACE – London & HEC Executive Coaching – Paris).

Louis has over 30 years in senior leadership roles at Danone in Quality, R&D coupled with significant experience in Public Affairs at an international level as a lobbyist in Amsterdam, In 2016 he decided to leave Danone create his own consultancy company called International School of Meeting Science with one single focus : to improve the quality a productivity of meetings in the work place.

Having significant personal experience of managing meetings through all levels in entreprise Louis has defined the meeting as an incredibly powerful tool which has become blunt due to overuse, managerial anxiety containment and general misunderstanding of what they were originally designed for. One of his preferred quotes is : « Meeting Science should be for business schools what pedology (study of soils) is to Agriculture schools.”
Louis is supporting organisations in ensuring that all their meetings lead to decision, engagement and learning.

Educated as a Veterinarian, he applies to his interventions a surgical approach : diagnosing, alignement with the management on the treatment, treatment application, and check up visits. His aim is to develop autonomy of organisations through optimising the very best of their meeting exoerience.

After his 40 years experience in meeting management Louis firmly believes that meetings are the foremost environment for a manager to learn and develop his leadership skills and potential.
